"Muresianus`House" was set up in 1968 as a result of the Muresianu family descendants donation.
In this way they fill out Iacob Muresianu`s cultural will, giving the romanian state the necessary space, a very valorous collection of furniture, paintings,sculptures and especially an inestimable cultural archive, helping with all these organisation of a museum.
Having over 25,000 documents it is one of the vastest and most important family archive from the country because Muresianu family was the leader of a political newspaper more than half of a century and they were in touch with all political men from Romania and Transilvania in the second half of the XIX century and the beginning of the XX century.
This museum is devoted in memory of a family with enormous merits in cultural and political life in their times.

Tuesday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Saturday-Sunday: 10 am - 5 pm
