Vrnjacka Banja is the largest contemporary health spa resort in Serbia and is an attractive centre for both holidays and recreation set at the foot of Goc Mountain. Surrounding Vynjacka Banja are UNESCO protected medieval buildings, which serve as a reminder to early European civilisation - the first court of the Serbian Archbishop, the Zica Monastery and the beautifully frescoed Sopocani Monastery.
