Kronenfest is a feast of flowers, of abundant vegetation celebrated on Saint Peter and Saint Paul’s day. The young people pick wild flowers and wreath them. On this first wreath they put a smaller one made of flowers from their gardens. This floral arrangement is hanged on a pillar in the garden of the vicarage.
In the morning of the feast day, a lad climbs the pillar and utters a few words for the abundance of the crops. The celebration ends with music and dance.
