Operatic singers from all around the world will compete during three consecutive evenings in the second half of October, at the Academy of Arts for the Grand Prize "Marie Kraja". The participants of the Festival will be judged by an International Jury, composed of distinguished personalities of this field in Albania, Europe and United States of America.
